Our beloved Mother, Victoria Enriquez, was known for her very loving heart to all that came into her life. Our father, Armando Enriquez and mom met in Chihuahua and married in 1956. Family was everything to her. Our cousins, family members, and friends never left our home hungry. Feeding everyone her delicious gorditas (secret recipe) and menudo always filled her heart with immense joy.

Our mother taught us to love and respect one another plus everyone else. Her sense of humor was the best and you knew she loved you, especially when a few curse words were spoken in your direction.

We find solace knowing that on Sunday, March 24, 2024 as she took God’s hand she is with our older siblings, Armando and Lorenza, parents, Victorio and Felipa, siblings, cousins, and other family members.

We are certain she is catching up with them, dancing, telling jokes, and cooking. Most importantly is bragging about her four grandchildren, Ruben, Jr., Daniel, Grabriella, and Christina. They were her world.

We feel her spirit and love all our around us and until we meet again, we will continue to live our lives as she taught us. Left to cherish her loving memory is our father, Armando Enriquez, children; Carmen (Ruben) Madrigal, Armando Enriquez (Toby), Gabriel Enriqez, and Ruben Enriquez, grandchildren; Ruben, Jr. Enriquez (Neida), Daniel A. Enriquez (Heather), Grabriella Enriquez, and Christina Enriquez, siblings; Hector Manuel Diaz, Carmen Gutierrez, and Silvina Diaz. Other survivors include family members and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 1,2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., recitation of the rosary will be at 6:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral Home- East.         

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

Interment will follow at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery. Family members will serve as pallbearers.

Nuestra amada Madre, Victoria Enríquez, era conocida por su corazón muy amoroso hacia todo lo que llegaba a su vida. Nuestro padre, Armando Enríquez, y nuestra madre se conocieron en Chihuahua y se casaron en 1956. La familia lo era todo para ella. Nuestros primos, familiares y amigos nunca salieron de casa con hambre. Alimentar a todos con sus deliciosas gorditas (receta secreta) y menudo siempre llenaba su corazón de inmensa alegría.

Nuestra madre nos enseñó a amarnos y respetarnos unos a otros y a todos los demás. Su sentido del humor era el mejor y sabías que te amaba, especialmente cuando se decían algunas malas palabras en tu dirección.

Nos consuela saber que el domingo 24 de marzo de 2024 mientras tomaba la mano de Dios está con nuestros hermanos mayores Armando y Lorenza, padres Victorio y Felipa, hermanos, primos y demás familiares.

Estamos seguros de que los está platicando de todo lo nuevo, bailando, contando chistes y cocinando. Lo más importante es presumir de sus cuatro nietos, Ruben Jr., Daniel, Grabriella y Christina. Eran su mundo.

Sentimos su espíritu y amor a nuestro alrededor y hasta que nos volvamos a encontrar, continuaremos viviendo nuestras vidas como ella nos enseñó. Para atesorar su amoroso recuerdo quedan nuestro padre, Armando Enríquez, hijos; Carmen (Rubén) Madrigal, Armando Enríquez (Toby), Gabriel Enríquez y Rubén Enriquez, nietos; Rubén, Jr. Enríquez (Neida), Daniel A. Enríquez  (Heather), Grabriella Enríquez y Christina Enríquez, hermanos; Héctor Manuel Díaz, Carmen Gutiérrez y Silvina Díaz. Otros sobrevivientes incluyen familiares y amistades.

Los servicios funerarios se llevarán a cabo el lunes 1 de abril de 2024 de 4:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m., el rezo del rosario será a las 6:00 p.m. en la Funeraria San José-Este.

La misa de funeral se celebrará en la Iglesia Católica Nuestra Señora del Valle el martes 2 de abril de 2024 a las 10:00 a.m.

Seguirá la sepultura en el cementerio de Nuestra Señora del Monte Carmelo. Los familiares servirán como portadores del féretro.
