He was born on November 2, 1976 to father Rodolfo Velarde Sr. and mother Alicia Labrado Velarde.  He was a graduate of Hanks High School. Rudy was a recovery coach who wanted to help people that suffer from drug addiction and mental health. He was a spiritual individual who loved to read and listen to underground rap music. In Loving Memory of our Beloved Delia Montes Delia Montes, age 92, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she is survived by her four sons, eleven grandchildren, and twenty-two great-grandchildren. Delia was the heart of her family—a quiet force of love and loyalty. She was a beautiful mix of strength and softness—stern when needed, but always leading with unconditional love. Her presence was steady, her heart vast, and her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
