Francisco J. Portillo born on September 11, 1947, entered into rest on November 1, 2023, at the age of 76. He is preceded in death by his wife, Socorro Portillo. Survived by his children, Rosie Bernal and her husband Many Bernal; Frank Portillo and his wife Magdalena Portillo; grandchildren, include Alan and his wife Desiree; Alex, Ian, Frankie III and his wife Serena; Isaiah, Joshua, Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren; Frankie IV, Kalani and Mateo.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with Rosary at 1:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral Home Central, 601 S. Virginia St., El Paso, TX 79901. Cremation will take place at a later date. For more information, please call our office at 915-532-1856.
