Estrella, El Paso Texas 79903, at 12:00pm followed by final resting place at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
Billie Duncan, 78, of El Paso passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023. Those left to cherish her precious memories are her son: John H. Duncan Jr., her daughter: Frances McCleary.
