Jose “Joe” Reyes

Jose Reyes, age 81, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017.
Joe was a graduate of EPHS class of 1954 and the owner of Reyex Corporation for 47 years. He was the most amazing husband, father and grandfather a family could ask for.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jose P. Reyes, his mother Consuelo Reyes, and his brother Rodolfo Reyes.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Armida N. Reyes, his children Joseph David Reyes, Luz Flores, Rachel Elizabeth Reyes-Lawson, Michael Lawson, Christina Marie Reyes, Daniel Steven Reyes, Sandra Reyes, Laura Ann Reyes-Tapper, Larry Tapper, Katherine M. Reyes-Brooks, Steven Brooks, Jacqueline Suzanne Reyes-DaSilva, and Trevor DaSilva.
Survived by brothers Raul and Arturo Reyes.
His grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Reyes, Stephen Reyes-Lawson, Jonathan Philip Lawson, Joseph Alan Lawson, Matthew Aliksander Reyes, Benjamin Michael Lara, Nathan David DaSilva, Kassandra Danielle Angelinda Reyes, Christopher Zander Lara, Shane Patrick DaSilva, Joshua Elliott Tapper, Madelyn Marie Brooks, Logan Michael DaSilva, Trevor Emmanuel DaSilva, Kimberly Christine DaSilva, August Ella DaSilva and Zach Brooks.
Visitation October 27th from 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., rosary 7:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral Home-East. Funeral Mass October 28th at 9:00 a.m. at Mount Carmel Old Mission Church. Interment follows at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
