Amelia Rivera, 68, traveled to heaven on October 10, 2023. She was born on April 21, 1955, in Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua where she spent the beginning of her life until the family moved to El Paso, Texas during her teen years. She is a graduate of Riverside High School Class of 1974. She was an avid camper and world traveler.  Amelia’s heart belonged to her grandsons, whom she loved dearly. Amelia is preceded in death by her brother, Roberto Sanchez, and her nephew Mateo Rivera. She leaves behind beautiful memories with her children, Frank Martinez, Jr., and Melissa Rodriguez; grandsons, Shawn, Jason, Adam, Adrian, and Damian. She is survived by her parents, Angel Roberto, and Amelia Rivera as well as seven siblings and twenty-one nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, October 21, 2023.
