On Sunday March 3, 2024, our dad was welcomed into a heaven where he was greeted by his parents (Manuel and Guadalupe Soto) and his six siblings (four of which passed away as infants) that preceded him in death, along with several other loved ones that long awaited his arrival! We envision him entering the pearly gates as a large mariachi band plays some of his favorite songs and as he stands hugging his mother, he sings with his dad and his two brothers, Francisco (Pancho) and Tino, and celebrates a life where he is no longer suffering and can finally rest peacefully in eternity. He is survived by his two sons, Marcus Manuel, his children, Viggo and Franco and his son Steven Adolfo, to carry on his memory. He is also survived by his three sisters and two brothers. His journey through life was not always easy, but we can whole heartedly say that he was a great man with a genuine heart that loved unconditionally!
Adolfo (“Fefo”) was a life long resident of El Paso. He was a small business owner, along side his father, of Soto’s Grocery in south El Paso for about 40 years. He was a man with an incredible professional dedication, despite having limited years of education, a person with a strong character, that got him through life despite his trials and tribulations, and a man of great integrity, that gained him so much love and respect throughout his life! Most importantly he loved his two sons and two grandsons by supporting us and accepting us every step of the way and showing an unconditional love that made us the men and young men we are today and continue to aspire to be. We love you dad and look forward to the day we reunite and continueour journey together in the distant future!❤️❤️🩹❤️
